Digital Downloads
Digital downloads are non-refundable once the product has been downloaded.
Refunds may be considered within 7 days of purchase if the customer has not downloaded their licensed digital copy.
Printed and Bound Copies
Printed and bound copies may be returned for a refund if they are in new, unused, and resalable condition.
Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
A restocking fee of 10% will apply if the product has been unsealed, even if otherwise unused.
No refund will be issued for items that show signs of use, damage, or are returned after 30 days.
General Terms
All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
The publisher reserves the right to refuse or deduct from refunds for items not returned in new, unused, and resalable condition.
