Customer Satisfaction

"Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. The second is this: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no commandment greater than these." — Mark 12:30-31

As a Christian family business, we strive to live out these principles through quality products and honest service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will work with you to make it right.

Digital Downloads

Digital curriculum files are delivered via email within 24-48 hours of purchase verification via Squarespace. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout and check your spam folder.

If you have not received or been able to download your digital copy within 48 hours of purchase, please contact us directly. We can validate your sale and send you the curriculum files via email.

Please contact us prior to initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank, as we are able to ensure order fulfillment manually. Refunds on digital downloads may only be considered within 7 days of purchase and only if the files have not been downloaded. All digital sales are final and non-refundable once the files have been downloaded.

Printed and Bound Copies (Books and Curriculum)

Printed and bound copies of books and curriculum may be returned for a refund if they are in new, unused, and resalable condition.

  • Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A restocking fee of 10% will apply to curriculum if the product has been unsealed, even if otherwise unused.

  • Signed or personalized copies are final sale and non-returnable.

  • No refund will be issued for items that show signs of use, damage, or are returned after 30 days.

Damaged or Defective Items

Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded in full at no cost to the customer. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage to both product and packaging. This policy covers items that arrive damaged or defective due to manufacturing or shipping issues, not damage resulting from customer use or handling after delivery.

General Terms

  • All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • The publisher reserves the right to refuse or deduct from refunds for items not returned in new, unused, and resalable condition.

  • Bundle and promotional sales are final sale and non-refundable. This includes multi-book discounts, Convention bulk orders, or “Buy Y, Get X Free” type structures.

  • Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if order fulfillment has not yet begun. Once we have begun processing your order (printing, packaging, or sending digital files), cancellation is not available. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.

  • While we strive for accuracy in all product descriptions and pricing, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed due to incorrect pricing. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly and offer the option to complete your purchase at the correct price.

Out of Stock

Due to the small, family business nature of Reyburn Press, we can only keep a limited amount of inventory in stock at any given time based on market demand. If your order takes more than 2 weeks to fulfill, we will refund your shipping costs. We thank you for your patience as we handle the growing demand for our literature.

Shipping Delays and Carrier Issues

Shipping delays due to carrier issues, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control are not grounds for refund of product cost. Customers will be provided with tracking information when available and may file insurance claims directly with the carrier if applicable.
